ConstructionBOS customers can also log a ticket for support via the knowledge base form. Simply click the knowledge base icon at the bottom right hand side of this page and then choose the “Ticket” option at the bottom of the pop-up window. Our Support team endeavour to respond to all tickets within 48 business hours.
ConstructionBOS Support is included as part of our CRM Solution for the construction industry. This is includes all faults or errors within the CRM any user issues and also help with setting up new reports, dashboards, etc.
Only works preceding the initial sign off and launch of ConstrucitonBOS such as customisation which would be in contradiction to fair usage policies and require large amounts of supports hours would incur a charge.
