Protec has an extensive project portfolio and exports to over 40 countries, spanning 5 continents. Protec was strategically acquired by Bosch Building Technologies in 2021 to strengthen its European business.

Solution

ConstructionBOS worked closely with the Protec management team to create a working solution for the Northern UK team.

Both parties met to conduct a Business Process Review which created a template of what the CRM would look like. A prototype was created and the system was integrated with the existing internal quoting system K8.

After a successful implementation, a plan was put in place to rollout ConstructionBOS CRM to the remainder of the company & subsidiaries.

Results

ConstructionBOS is now used across the company and is a core tool used to manage the sales teams and processes.
